Man's mind, once stretched by a new idea, never regains its original dimensions.

Oliver Wendell Holmes, Jr.

Improv as we know it today was originally developed as a coaching model for actors. Making choices, understanding perceptions, and self-awareness are just some of the skills that improv builds. The same is true of individual life coaching. At Lion Life Coaching, we use our knowledge and experience of coaching the gifted to provide a rich group learning experience while having fun!
